Terms of Service — English

1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms govern HaninJungbo.com, operated by BEEMO LLC, including community services, anonymous and adult-only boards, jobs and resume leads, expert Q&A, business reviews, advertising, and subscriptions. You must expressly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy when creating an account.
2. Age, Accounts, and Member Responsibility
- The Service is not directed to children under 13. A child under 13 may not create an account or submit personal information.
- Adult-only boards are limited to users age 19 or older. By entering, you represent that you satisfy the age restriction.
- You must provide accurate information, safeguard your account, and must not impersonate others, transfer accounts, or use stolen information.
3. Posts, Anonymous Boards, and Prohibited Conduct
Anonymous or pseudonymous posts are not guaranteed to be untraceable. Account and access records may be retained for safety, legal compliance, and disputes. Illegal acts, fraud, threats, stalking, discrimination or hate, defamation, false statements of fact, disclosure of personal information, infringement, malware, spam, and transaction manipulation are prohibited. You are responsible for your content and resulting claims.
4. Adult Content and Safety
Content involving or appearing to involve minors, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery or synthetic media, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or other illegal sexual content is strictly prohibited. We may immediately restrict or remove content and accounts, preserve evidence, and report matters to law enforcement or appropriate authorities. An adult-content label is not a warranty of legality, authenticity, or safety.
5. Jobs, Resumes, and Recruiting Leads
Job listings and recruiting leads are supplied by employers or recruiters. We do not guarantee employment, compensation, identity, legality, or results. Discriminatory recruiting, fake jobs, fee scams, and identity or financial-data theft are prohibited. Applicants must review the recipient and any paid-lead disclosure before submitting. Employers and recruiters may use resumes and contact details only for the stated recruiting purpose and may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or use them for credit or background checks without legally required separate authorization.
6. Business Reviews and Defamation
Reviews must reflect honest first-hand experience. Users must distinguish opinion from verifiable fact and may not post false facts, manipulated reviews, retaliation, trade secrets, personal contact details, or sensitive information. Reviewers are responsible for accuracy and legality. Businesses may report or respond, but moderation is not a final legal determination of truth or liability.
7. Advertiser Duties; Fraud and Misleading Ads
Advertisers must truthfully and clearly disclose the business, product, price, performance, credentials, availability, discounts, endorsements, and material conditions, and must possess reasonable support for their claims. Fraudulent, exaggerated, deceptive, disguised, fake-review, illegal, or rights-infringing ads are prohibited. Publication is not our endorsement, warranty, or prior verification. Suspected violations may be withheld or removed without advance notice, accounts may be restricted, and we may cooperate with authorities.
8. Advertising Subscriptions
Advertising is also governed by the Advertising Terms, which control for advertising-specific matters if they conflict with these general Terms. Advertising subscriptions renew monthly at the amount shown before Stripe Checkout. User cancellation takes effect only at the end of the current paid period; no further charge occurs at the next renewal. Except where required by law or separately approved, paid fees are non-refundable and not prorated.
9. Reports, Enforcement, and Disclaimers
We may review reports, use automated or manual moderation, restrict content, suspend accounts, and preserve records, but we do not undertake to continuously monitor or verify all content, ads, or transactions. Expert answers and member content are not legal, tax, medical, investment, or transaction advice. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim responsibility for user transactions, external links, recruiting or advertising outcomes, and indirect damages.
10. Changes and Contact

1. 목적과 동의
이 약관은 BEEMO LLC가 운영하는 한인정보닷컴의 커뮤니티, 익명·성인 게시판, 구인구직·이력서 리드, 전문가 Q&A, 기업 리뷰, 광고와 구독 서비스 이용 조건을 정합니다. 회원가입 시 이용약관과 개인정보보호정책에 명시적으로 동의해야 합니다.
2. 연령, 계정과 회원 책임
- 서비스는 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며 13세 미만은 계정을 만들거나 개인정보를 제출할 수 없습니다.
- 성인(19금) 게시판은 만 19세 이상만 이용할 수 있고, 이용자는 연령 제한을 충족한다고 진술합니다.
- 회원은 정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정·비밀번호를 관리해야 하며 타인 사칭, 계정 양도와 도용 정보 사용은 금지됩니다.
3. 게시물, 익명 게시판과 금지행위
익명 또는 닉네임 게시물도 완전한 비추적성을 보장하지 않으며 법령, 안전, 분쟁 대응을 위해 접속·계정 기록이 보관될 수 있습니다. 불법행위, 사기, 협박, 스토킹, 차별·혐오, 명예훼손, 허위사실, 개인정보 공개, 저작권 침해, 악성코드, 반복 홍보, 거래 조작은 금지됩니다. 회원은 게시할 권리가 있는 콘텐츠만 올려야 하며 자신의 게시물과 그로 인한 청구에 책임을 집니다.
4. 성인 콘텐츠와 안전
미성년자가 등장하거나 미성년자로 보이는 성적 콘텐츠, 아동 성착취물, 비동의 촬영물·합성물, 성매매·인신매매·착취, 강요 또는 불법 성적 콘텐츠는 엄격히 금지됩니다. 운영자는 관련 콘텐츠와 계정을 즉시 차단·삭제하고 증거를 보존하거나 법 집행기관 및 관계기관에 신고할 수 있습니다. 성인 게시판 표시는 콘텐츠의 합법성·안전성 또는 진위를 보증하지 않습니다.
5. 구인구직, 이력서 및 채용 리드
구인공고와 채용 리드는 고용주·채용담당자가 제공하며 운영자는 채용, 급여, 신원, 합법성 또는 결과를 보증하지 않습니다. 차별적 공고·모집, 허위 채용, 수수료 사기, 신분·금융정보 탈취는 금지됩니다. 지원자는 제출 전에 수신 기업 또는 채용담당자와 유료 리드 여부를 확인해야 합니다. 고용주와 채용담당자는 이력서·연락처를 해당 채용 목적에만 사용하고 당사자 동의 없이 재판매·재배포·대량수집하거나 신용·신원조회에 사용할 수 없습니다. 법률상 별도 동의가 필요한 고용 목적 조회는 해당 고용주가 직접 취득해야 합니다.
6. 기업 리뷰와 명예훼손
리뷰는 실제 경험에 근거한 정직한 의견이어야 합니다. 의견과 검증 가능한 사실을 구분하고, 허위 사실, 조작 리뷰, 보복성 게시물, 영업비밀, 개인 연락처와 민감정보를 게시해서는 안 됩니다. 리뷰 작성자는 내용의 정확성과 적법성에 책임을 집니다. 기업은 신고 또는 답변을 요청할 수 있으나 운영자의 게시·삭제 판단은 사실관계나 법적 책임의 최종 판정이 아닙니다.
7. 광고주 의무와 사기·과장광고
광고주는 사업자, 상품, 가격, 효능, 자격, 재고, 할인, 후기와 중요 조건을 진실하고 명확하게 표시하고 광고 주장에 대한 합리적 근거를 보유해야 합니다. 사기, 과장·기만, 중요 사실 누락, 위장광고, 가짜 후기, 불법 상품·서비스, 제3자 권리 침해 광고는 금지됩니다. 광고 게재는 운영자의 추천·보증이나 사전 검증을 의미하지 않습니다. 운영자는 위반 의심 광고를 사전 통지 없이 보류·삭제하고 계정을 제한하며 필요한 경우 관계기관에 협조할 수 있습니다.
8. 광고 구독
광고에는 별도의 광고 이용약관이 함께 적용되며, 광고 서비스와 직접 관련된 사항이 이 일반 약관과 충돌하면 광고 이용약관이 우선합니다. 광고는 Stripe Checkout 전에 표시된 금액으로 매월 자동 갱신됩니다. 일반 사용자 취소는 현재 결제기간 종료 시에만 효력이 발생하며 다음 갱신부터 결제가 중단됩니다. 관련 법률에 따라 요구되거나 운영자가 별도로 승인한 경우를 제외하고 이미 결제된 금액은 환불되지 않고 일할 계산도 제공되지 않습니다.
9. 신고, 집행과 면책
운영자는 신고 접수, 자동·수동 검토, 게시물 제한, 계정 정지와 자료 보존 조치를 할 수 있으나 모든 게시물·광고·거래를 상시 감시하거나 사실 확인할 의무를 부담하지 않습니다. 전문가 답변과 회원 콘텐츠는 법률·세무·의료·투자 자문 또는 거래 보증이 아닙니다. 적용 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 이용자 간 거래, 외부 링크, 채용·광고 결과 및 간접 손해를 책임지지 않습니다.
10. 변경과 문의
