1. Scope and Contract
These Advertising Terms supplement the HaninJungbo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They govern paid advertising and control only for advertising-specific matters if there is a conflict. A subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the selected placement while payment and compliance remain current; it does not convey ownership of a slot or the website.
2. Monthly Subscription and Automatic Renewal
The selected monthly fee, placement, and slot are shown immediately before Checkout. By completing Stripe Checkout, the advertiser authorizes recurring monthly charges until cancellation or lawful termination. Taxes may be added where required.
3. Cancellation
An advertiser must use the advertising management function provided by HaninJungbo. User cancellation is always scheduled for the end of the current paid period. The advertisement remains eligible to run through that date and no charge is made at the next renewal. No immediate-cancellation choice is offered. Additional non-waivable rights required by applicable law remain available.
4. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or separately approved by BEEMO LLC, paid advertising fees are non-refundable and are not prorated. Change of mind, mid-period cancellation, late or missing creative, delayed publication caused by the advertiser, voluntary pause, account-management issues, non-use, inadequate results, or removal for the advertiser’s breach ordinarily do not create a refund right.
5. Advertiser Content and Rights
The advertiser is responsible for every statement, image, logo, trademark, business name, product or service description, price, promotion, job listing, contact detail, URL, external link, and other material submitted. The advertiser represents that the material is lawful, accurate, truthful, current, adequately substantiated, and that all copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, licenses, permissions, privacy consents, and other third-party rights have been obtained.
6. Prohibited Advertising
Illegal, fraudulent, false, materially exaggerated, deceptive, misleading, phishing, malware, impersonation, privacy-invasive, infringing, unlawful financial or investment, illegal gambling, exploitative sexual, criminal, unsafe, or otherwise unlawful advertising is prohibited. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive.
7. Review, Rejection, Suspension, and Removal
BEEMO LLC may reasonably reject, hold, unpublish, suspend, or remove advertising for suspected illegality, breach, third-party claims, fraud, deception, malicious links, security or payment risk, user safety, platform integrity, or other reasonable operational need. Material advertiser fault may result in immediate suspension and account restrictions, ordinarily without a refund except where law requires otherwise.
8. Payment Failure and End of Term
If a recurring payment is not successfully maintained, advertising may stop immediately, publishing rights may be restricted, and the slot may be recovered and offered to another advertiser. At subscription deletion or the end of the paid term, the advertisement is unpublished and the slot rights and active creative association are removed. Materials or records may be retained privately where reasonably needed for accounting, security, disputes, backups, or legal compliance.
9. No Performance or Traffic Guarantee
Fees pay for access to an advertising placement and publishing service, not a promised result. HaninJungbo does not guarantee traffic, impressions, views, clicks, calls, email inquiries, applicants, customers, sales, contracts, hires, rankings, reactions, conversion rates, ROI, or any other result. Display may vary by page, device, screen, browser, layout, placement, user behavior, and technical conditions and is not guaranteed to be identical for every user or page.
10. Maintenance, Updates, and Outages
Advertising may be reduced or interrupted by planned or emergency maintenance, updates, security work, deployments, redesigns, migrations, database work, hosting, CDN, network, DNS, Stripe or third-party failures, attacks, power loss, force majeure, or other reasonable technical or operational causes. Continuous service or a specific uptime is not guaranteed. Reasonable temporary interruption, maintenance, updates, emergency work, or temporary reduced display does not automatically entitle the advertiser to a cash, partial, or prorated refund. If BEEMO LLC is responsible for a material long-term failure to provide the advertising service, it may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law, offer a term extension, service credit, or another reasonable remedy; this is not an automatic promise of a cash refund.
11. Placement and Layout
Placement, dimensions, responsive presentation, mobile or desktop position, and surrounding layout may reasonably change for operations, design, accessibility, security, or technical needs. Such changes will not be used to unfairly destroy the essential value of a sold service.
12. Third-Party Transactions and No Endorsement
BEEMO LLC and HaninJungbo are not the seller, employer, contracting party, or transaction party for goods, services, jobs, or agreements between an advertiser and a user. They do not warrant quality, authenticity, delivery, returns, licenses, credentials, hiring terms, pay, price, claims, or advertiser reliability. Publication or review is not a recommendation, certification, warranty, approval, verification, affiliation, or endorsement. Disputes ordinarily remain between the advertiser and user.
13. External Links and Privacy
Advertiser and third-party sites are independently operated; HaninJungbo does not control or warrant their content, security, privacy, payment, goods, services, or transactions. An advertiser collecting personal information through an advertisement or linked site is responsible for its own lawful privacy notices and practices. HaninJungbo processes advertising data under its Privacy Policy.
14. Stripe and Payment Data
Stripe processes payment and may apply its own terms and privacy practices. HaninJungbo does not directly store complete card numbers. Stripe customer, subscription, Checkout, and transaction identifiers may be retained for service operation, accounting, fraud prevention, and disputes.
15. Creative License and Account Security
The advertiser grants BEEMO LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, resize, technically process, and display submitted creative only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the advertising service. Ownership does not transfer. The advertiser must secure its account and promptly address suspected unauthorized access; authenticated submissions and changes may be treated as authorized.
16. Third-Party Claims and Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, the advertiser is responsible for reasonable third-party claims, losses, and costs arising from its breach, unlawful or misleading advertising, infringement, privacy violation, goods or services, customer transactions, or violation of law. This clause does not shift responsibility for BEEMO LLC’s own fraud, intentional unlawful conduct, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEEMO LLC limits liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity, customers, data, reputation, or advertising underperformance. To the extent a monetary cap is enforceable, aggregate liability relating to the advertising service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the advertising subscription giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability for BEEMO LLC’s fraud, intentional unlawful conduct, or liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
18. Changes, Severability, and General Terms
These Terms may be changed for legal, payment, product, security, operational, or policy reasons. Material changes affecting subscribers will receive notice where required, and a new version applies to new agreements or renewals as appropriate. Invalid provisions are severed to the extent necessary; remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a right is not a permanent waiver. Governing-law and dispute matters follow the general Terms and applicable law; these Advertising Terms do not create a different forum. 1. 적용 범위와 계약 관계
이 광고 이용약관은 한인정보닷컴 이용약관 및 개인정보보호정책과 함께 적용됩니다. 광고 서비스와 직접 관련된 사항이 일반 이용약관과 충돌하면 이 광고 이용약관이 우선합니다. 광고 구독은 정상 결제와 약관 준수가 유지되는 동안 선택한 공간을 사용할 수 있는 제한적·양도 불가능한 게시 권한이며, 광고 슬롯이나 웹사이트의 소유권을 취득하는 것이 아닙니다.
2. 월 구독과 자동갱신
선택한 광고 유형, 슬롯과 월 구독료는 Checkout 직전에 표시됩니다. 광고주는 Stripe Checkout을 완료함으로써 취소하거나 회사가 적법하게 종료할 때까지 매월 반복 결제를 승인합니다. 법률상 판매세 또는 기타 세금이 적용되면 추가될 수 있습니다.
3. 구독 취소
광고주는 한인정보닷컴의 광고 관리 기능을 사용해 취소해야 합니다. 일반 사용자 취소는 항상 현재 결제기간 종료 시에 효력이 발생합니다. 종료일까지 광고가 유지되고 다음 갱신부터 결제되지 않으며 즉시 취소 선택지는 제공되지 않습니다. 관련 법률이 별도의 취소 방법이나 배제할 수 없는 권리를 요구하면 그 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
4. 환불
관련 법률에 따라 환불이 의무적으로 요구되는 경우 또는 BEEMO LLC가 별도로 승인한 경우를 제외하고 이미 결제된 광고 구독료는 환불되지 않으며 일할 환불도 원칙적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 단순 변심, 기간 중 취소, 소재 미제출·지연, 광고주의 늦은 등록·자발적 중단·계정 관리 문제·미사용·성과 부족 또는 광고주 귀책과 약관 위반에 따른 제거는 원칙적으로 환불 사유가 아닙니다.
5. 광고 내용과 권리
광고주는 문구, 이미지, 로고, 상표·상호, 상품·서비스 설명, 가격·할인·프로모션, 채용정보, 연락처, URL·외부 링크, 주장과 기타 모든 소재의 적법성, 정확성, 진실성, 최신성과 근거에 책임집니다. 필요한 저작권, 상표권, 초상권, 라이선스, 허가, 개인정보 동의와 기타 제3자 권리를 적법하게 확보했음을 보증합니다.
6. 금지 광고
불법·사기·허위·중대한 과장·기만·오인 광고, 피싱·악성코드, 개인정보 탈취·무단 공개, 신원·사업체 사칭, 지식재산권·초상권 침해, 법률상 허용되지 않는 금융·투자 활동, 불법 도박, 불법·착취적 성인 콘텐츠, 범죄 조장, 안전 위협과 기타 법률·약관 위반 광고를 금지합니다. 이 목록은 모든 금지 사례를 완전히 열거한 것이 아닙니다.
7. 심사·거절·중단·삭제
BEEMO LLC는 법률·약관 위반 가능성, 권리침해 주장, 사기·허위·기만 가능성, 악성 링크, 보안·결제 위험, 사용자 안전, 플랫폼 신뢰도 또는 기타 합리적인 운영상 필요가 있으면 광고를 거절·보류·비공개·중단·삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고주의 중대한 귀책이 있으면 즉시 노출과 계정 기능을 제한할 수 있고, 법률상 달리 요구되지 않는 한 이미 결제된 금액은 원칙적으로 환불되지 않습니다.
8. 결제 실패와 구독 종료
정기결제가 정상적으로 유지되지 않으면 광고 노출이 즉시 중단되고 작성·게시 권한과 슬롯 사용권이 회수될 수 있습니다. 회수된 슬롯은 다른 광고주에게 제공될 수 있습니다. 구독 삭제 또는 결제기간 종료 시 광고는 비공개 처리되고 슬롯 권한과 활성 소재 연결이 제거됩니다. 회계, 보안, 분쟁, 백업 또는 법적 의무에 합리적으로 필요한 기록과 소재는 비공개로 보관될 수 있습니다.
9. 성과·트래픽 비보장
광고비는 특정 성과가 아니라 광고 공간과 게시 서비스의 대가입니다. 특정 트래픽, 노출·조회·클릭, 전화·이메일 문의, 지원자·고객, 매출·계약·채용, 검색 순위, 사용자 반응, 전환율, ROI 또는 기타 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 노출은 페이지, 기기, 화면, 브라우저, 레이아웃, 배치, 사용자 행동과 기술 환경에 따라 달라지며 모든 페이지·사용자에게 동일한 표시를 보장하지 않습니다.
10. 유지보수·업데이트·다운타임
정기·긴급 유지보수, 업데이트·보안 작업·배포·개편·이전·데이터베이스 작업, 서버·호스팅·CDN·네트워크·DNS·Stripe·외부 API·제3자 장애, 공격 대응, 정전, 자연재해, 불가항력과 기타 합리적인 기술·운영상 사유로 광고가 감소하거나 중단될 수 있습니다. 100% 무중단 또는 특정 uptime을 보장하지 않습니다. 합리적인 일시적 중단, 점검, 업데이트 또는 일시적 노출 감소는 자동 현금환불·부분환불·일할환불 사유가 아닙니다. 회사 책임으로 상당한 기간 광고 서비스를 실질적으로 제공하지 못한 경우에는 관련 법률과 구체적 상황에 따라 광고기간 연장, 서비스 크레딧 또는 기타 합리적인 조치를 제공할 수 있으나 자동 현금환불을 약속하지 않습니다.
11. 광고 위치와 레이아웃
운영, 반응형 디자인, 접근성, 보안 또는 기술적 필요에 따라 위치, 크기, 표현 방식, 모바일·데스크톱 배치와 주변 레이아웃을 합리적으로 변경할 수 있습니다. 이미 판매된 서비스의 본질적인 가치를 부당하게 훼손하기 위한 변경은 하지 않습니다.
12. 제3자 거래와 비추천
BEEMO LLC와 한인정보닷컴은 광고주의 상품·서비스·채용·계약에서 판매자, 고용주 또는 거래 당사자가 아닙니다. 품질, 진위, 배송·교환·환불, 계약 이행, 자격·라이선스, 채용조건·급여, 가격·주장이나 광고주 신뢰성을 보증하지 않습니다. 광고 게시·심사는 추천, 인증, 보증, 승인, 검증, 제휴를 의미하지 않으며 실제 분쟁은 원칙적으로 광고주와 이용자 사이에서 해결됩니다.
13. 외부 링크와 개인정보
광고주·제3자 사이트는 별도로 운영되며 한인정보닷컴은 해당 콘텐츠, 보안, 개인정보, 결제, 상품·서비스와 거래를 통제하거나 보증하지 않습니다. 광고 또는 연결 사이트에서 개인정보를 수집하는 광고주는 자신의 적법한 고지와 처리에 책임집니다. 한인정보닷컴의 광고 관련 개인정보 처리는 개인정보보호정책을 따릅니다.
14. Stripe와 결제정보
결제는 Stripe가 처리하며 Stripe의 별도 약관과 개인정보 기준이 적용될 수 있습니다. 한인정보닷컴은 전체 카드번호를 직접 저장하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영, 회계, 사기 방지와 분쟁 대응을 위해 Stripe 고객·구독·Checkout·거래 식별정보를 보관할 수 있습니다.
15. 소재 사용권과 계정 보안
광고주는 광고 서비스를 제공·운영하는 데 필요한 범위에서 제출 소재를 표시, 저장, 복제, 크기 조정하고 기술적으로 처리할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적 권한을 BEEMO LLC에 부여합니다. 원래 소유권은 이전되지 않습니다. 광고주는 계정을 안전하게 관리하고 무단 접근이 의심되면 보호 조치를 해야 하며, 정상 인증을 거친 제출·변경은 권한 있는 행위로 처리될 수 있습니다.
16. 제3자 청구와 보상 책임
관련 법률이 허용하는 범위에서 광고주는 자신의 약관 위반, 광고 소재, 불법·허위·기만 광고, 권리·개인정보 침해, 상품·서비스, 고객 거래 또는 법률 위반으로 발생한 합리적인 제3자 청구·손실·비용에 책임을 부담할 수 있습니다. 이 조항은 BEEMO LLC 자신의 사기, 고의적 위법행위 또는 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임을 광고주에게 이전하지 않습니다.
17. 회사의 책임 제한
적용 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 BEEMO LLC는 기대이익·매출·영업기회·고객·데이터·평판 손실, 특별·부수·간접·결과적 손해와 광고 성과 미달 손해에 대한 책임을 제한합니다. 금액 한도가 집행 가능한 범위에서 광고 서비스와 관련한 회사의 총 책임은 해당 청구 원인이 된 광고 구독에 대해 광고주가 실제 지급한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. 회사의 사기, 고의적 위법행위, 법률상 제한할 수 없는 책임이나 구제수단은 배제하거나 제한하지 않습니다.
18. 변경·일부 무효·권리 불포기·일반 약관
법률, 결제, 상품, 보안, 운영 또는 정책상 합리적인 사유로 약관을 변경할 수 있고, 기존 구독자에게 영향을 미치는 중대한 변경은 필요한 고지를 제공합니다. 새 계약·갱신에는 해당 시점의 버전이 적용될 수 있습니다. 일부 조항이 무효여도 나머지는 유지되며 권리를 즉시 행사하지 않아도 영구 포기로 해석되지 않습니다. 준거법과 분쟁은 일반 이용약관과 적용 법률을 따르며 이 약관이 별도 관할을 임의로 만들지 않습니다. 문의·신고 이메일은 support@haninjungbo.com이지만 이메일은 공식 구독 취소 방법으로 안내되지 않습니다.
